Recently there has been alot of shootings on Broad Street, there is a gang that goes around with its lights off and if someone honks or makes a jester towards them to turn them on, they pull out a gun and they blow them away. Its their gang initiation. I think it from some movie too. So dont mess w/ anyone who are driving w/ their lights off.
