thats fine that you live in herdon and know that this has happened. but im hearing it straight from the source. her husband (who is a herdon k-9 cop) said they went and go into jimmy's old town tavern in herdon on a regular basis and tell him to shut down for the night b/c they have too many people in there. they say it is a fire hazzard and the fire marshall is right next to the police. when the people leave, they arrest them. i dont know when this happened, but she said the herdon cops love to go and harass jimmy and started laughing. i didnt find it too funny, but she talked about it like it happens all the time.
that is right..not sure about the telling him to shut it down but i guess they couldve..they havent done it since though because everyone in the town was pissed. yes it was jimmy's it was i guess sometime around the winter and everyone was pissed they do love to harass jimmy's but they dont go in and write tickets anymore they wait outside.
