I lived in Emerald Point before I moved up to NY. We had three cars get broekn into.
Coincedentally, I had just bought my SRT-4 the weekend of the last break in. I dropped my Dad off at his place, came home, parked the brand new car next to the old ladies. Woke up next morning to her screaming at me telling me this:
"There's something wrong with the car. Someone broke into the car and messed it all up."
Now mind you, My thoughts went straight towards my brand new car. Turned out it was her car. Talk about a sigh of relief.
They fucking drilled her lock cylinder out, and stole an el cheapo JVC unit. Good thing I worked at a body shop and got it fixed for free.
I really don't know what I would have done had it been my new srt-4. Sat right next to the broke into car, and did not get a scratch. Wow, I just realized it was a while ago...(May, 03).
