He can get a jackson racing setup with fuel system and vtec controller for 1600(he just bought some new headers also). or he can get a full turbo kit without FMIC or fuel system for 1400. he not looking for more that 300WHP, can he make it with the supercharger system because he likes the cleap look of it.
