its hard for bigger parts businesses to give solid prices anymore on parts.... where I work we get a lot of stuff from overseas, but because freight/shipping is such a factor prices can go up or down 10% in a month. same problem with farmers getting their goods to market, or any business for that matter. it's tough to predict expenses when oil prices change a lot
