You guys are talking about a buddy of mines skyline, the fact that someone would even entertain the idea of a turbo prelude beating any sort of modified skyline is ridiculous. Putting a turbo on a slow car is not going to make it able to surpass a modded skyline on the highway, no way, tuned or untuned. A stock skyline is good for low 13's which is the most i have ever seen a boosted prelude go.
