You may or may not want the SS lines. I don't like them myself. If you still feel like you need a stiffer pedal after doing the three things above, then give the lines a shot.

Brembo blanks should be perfect for your application, as you're just trying to have a street car that has decent brakes when you get out to the autocross course. I personally prefer Hawk pads, but everything that has been listed in this tread is very nice.

Hawk definitely makes some good ones, just make sure you don't get the race ones, they need to be heat cycled and chew up rotors for breakfast.

This is one of those questions where if you as 50 different people, they'll give you 50 different answers.

I'll go ahead and say that slotted and dimpled/drilled rotors are pretty much a waste of money unless you're builing a straight track car. I've got a set of the ProStop rotors on my EM2 and I can't say that I've noticed too much of a difference. Honestly, I think they've gotten hot a few too many times and now they're glazed over and I need to get them resurfaced. They were good at first, but not worth the almost $200 for them. I think the other problem I ran into was the pads I used with them ...
I'm going to say stay away from the EBC Greenstuffs. They're too hard for the street and make too much noise and dust. They just tore up those nice rotors. They might be alright for track days or whatever. Just not a good daily pad. I've switched over to the Hawk HPS pads and I've been very happy with them. Very low dust and grip pretty good. I've also heard that Poterfield makes some pretty kickass pads. Also, for a few bucks, don't forget to upgrade your rear shoes too. They still do quite a bit of work.
Also, your brakes don't do 100% of the stopping. Make sure you've got a good set of tires too.
