Wait what?!!!?!?!?!? i never heard about this. Did this happen on wednesday? All i heard really about was my friend in the turbo teg spinning out because he was dumb and in 3rd gear at full boost at turn 1.

My take is "Hector" in the Neon (prolly Stolen) got spooked by something and in true Beaner fashion Scaled the 16' Chain link fence in the only section without Barb-wire and proceeded to try to run for FREEDOM. Except this time the Police and local law officials saw him and he was apprehended before becoming a threat to National Security..
