Nitrous Oxide laws in Virginia?
I cant seem to locate any specifics on the laws of Nitrous Oxide in Virginia.
I'm interested in its legality of it hooked up to a car, usage of it, penalties/fines, and also what about laws about the posession of Nitrous Oxide? I'm looking at possibly becoming a reseller of N2O, and need some info locally =)
Any input?
Thanks!

It's not illegal to have it hooked up in your car. I'm not sure about the sale of N2O though. You could contact any number of shops around here that does sell it and see what they know about the topic.

hmmm I was talking to a cop before and he said it was legal to have it but illegal to have the bottle because you don't have a license to transport it but dunno on the truth of that . . but it is probably illegal even to put it on your car cuz like they said above anything not origonial is illegal

I've heard both ways, but to cut down on the rumors if you think it's illegal post a reference to the VA state code- I haven't seen one yet.
I know there is something about high pressure flammable gas but I think it only applys for larger volumes. Otherwise how would it be legal for me to refill the propane tank for my grill? I doubt you would get a ticket for something like a small bottle of nawwzz.
