If it's the place I'm thinking of ...
Exit City Hall coming 264 West. At the first light, take a right. Go approximately 3 lights till you see the Scope on your left - take the left immediately after the Scope. You'll go roughly 5 lights, over a small bridge and will see a hospital to your right (Norfolk Sentara). Take the right just before that hospital. Take that road about 2-3 miles down... you'll see a Starbucks to your left. If I'm not mistaken, it's two blocks past the Starbucks on your left - it's on the corner of 21st Street.

Stay STRAIGHT to go onto E CITY HALL AVE. 0.1 miles
