So, yeah.. Went out this morning to further inspect before calling in a truck. Seems that the studs weren't broken off (in my defense, the bike was still hot last night when the discovery was made). Soo, for now, I'm just going to replace the nuts and thats that. I still blame the dealer, as they put the exhaust back on after the first service.
Opinion time... Stock has 8mm Acorn nuts. Should I get more of those, or can I just switch to a regular nut/lock washer with some loctite to prevent this from happening again?
