Re: Trying to choose an exhaust for my WRX
I was trying to help. I do like Subarus. They sound perfectly fine with he stock exhaust. And Boxer4PSI already said a catback won't make you any power, so why waste the money? You could spend $500 on something that will actually give you more performance or you could spend $500 to make your car sound like a fat dude gargling Hormel chili. It's up to you.

Re: Trying to choose an exhaust for my WRX
Twin tip Borla Hush. Subtle, deep, not loud, just aggressive. I have a friend with one on his WRX, and I'm going to get one for my WRX some day when I have play money (I have the car, but not the mod money). The twin tip looks exactly like the stock 04 twin tip, so good stealth points.

Re: Trying to choose an exhaust for my WRX
i have the full turboxs rfl-ti exhaust on my car... sounds great and you can really hear the turbo, also it comes with a 4 inch bellmouth downpipe and it fits great and sounds awesome.. being the rfl (really fucking loud) its pretty loud but not too too bad. a little highway droning depending on your speed. but if you arent getting a whole exhaust i would recommend getting a used UTEC or something.

I saw it the other day at Lynnhaven Mall when I met BoostLag, Boost609 and Running13s up there.

Re: Trying to choose an exhaust for my WRX
i just bought a WRX, and im working on putting a catback on it. Thus enter the problem...im not sure what i want to buy. Iv heard good things about many cat back systems, and i cant decide which one im gunna put $500+ on. So, i was wondering what people have on their wrx and wether or not their satisfied with the sound/performance, and any other comments (ON THE SUBJECT) that any others have.
