The one in Norfolk is nice enough for me.

I guess I consider a date something I'd dress up for.

I'd wear sneakers, jeans, and a t shirt and fit right in at no frill. It's good food, don't get me wrong, just not something I'd consider "date" material.

It seems they have been dating a while - so I figured he's taking her out somewhere thats not $30 a plate but somewhere nicer than your typical texas roadhouse/unos.

If that's not the case, don't go to no frill, I agree.

Actually we haven't been dating very long, which is partially why I'm so appreciative of her being here. Neither of us are big seafood eaters. She is actually a big fan of places like Texas Roadhouse, I just want to take her somewhere nicer than your normal everyday dine in restaurant. And I'm not planning on going suit and die, but some nice khakis and a button up shirt is in order.

Then my recco is Bardo.

You'll get out around $50ish depending on how much you drink and it'll be great times.

Wow, I spend $40 there on my own.

I took my mom to Bardo for her birthday 2 weeks ago and I spent $95 with tax and tip. It would of been a little cheaper had I not gottena second desert, but that was also without any drinks.

But I also reccomend Bardo. Excellent food and atmosphere(Tim).

the Blue Hippo on Granby is nice, as well as 456 Fish. No Frill is decent too. If you want to go all out, hit up Fusion 440 in Portsmouth (reservation recommended).

There will be no drinking involved.
