how come you didnt take out the headlights and taillights? Wouldn't that be quicker then masking them?

brand name?

do they use sata or iwata guns?

not exactly sure what paint. its dupont tho.
we use both sata's and iwata's but for this car we used a sata for both base and clear.
i personally like the iwata better.

That depends on how fast you are at masking vs. how hard they are to get out.

we just leave everything in and tape em up for more practice

thats that production shop mentality...

its such a nicer job to remove them...but they feel as if its easier just to tape...

ive never been able to tape up a item so perfect that it never has any paint on it anywhere...

thats why i remove all lights and other items

To take the headlights out you take out the grill and then the lights IIRC and the tails are just screws. Its all what they want to do. Like some people removing windows and some not.
