Added a second pre registration option. VIP package! check it out! HHHUUUUUUUGGGGEEEEE thanks to Luke over at AIK for hooking that up!

Also anyone that signs up for the cruise will receive a ticket voucher for Springfest 2010 when they arrive at the first stop.
