its probably the easiest thing you can do. search motherfucker.

4 lugs and wheels off

c-clamp to compress brake piston

remove one 12mm bolt from the top slider(red circle) and tilt caliper out as shown

replace pads with the ones that are the same shape lol

reverse order

Thanks for the brake advice, though it was more brake bleeding I was worried about. I also already have the title signed over. (Waiting for the bill of sales in case DMV questions just the title... though I likely could just not pay and have it registered etc.... nah, that's be a major A hole move...)

Also, got my mechanic friend onboard. He's been doing work for almost 12 years of his life. Gonna pay him some to assist in repairing everything, and he can bleed and everything, or help me do it. Thanks a lot though for the help.

If you don't mind this extra question... how screwed up would it be to replace the 1.5l V4 for a smallblock V8? It'll fit. The guy mentioned before wants to do it. I'm thinking that'd be WAY too much power (And even more so, that'd be way more than I'd need..)

ok you couldnt change your own brakes...now your considering putting a v8 in it??

you know it will have to be made rwd...approx 200+ hours of fabrication and thousands of dollars on parts...

sure go right ahead

HE wanted to do it. My mechanic friend.. cover it himself... In turn when all is said and done I'm going to build him a computer and help him work on his K5 Blazer. I don't think I am going to do it either way though.

(Fuck you Twenty5psi)
