Well, check power to the module. Also check power to the coil. 5 minutes and a multimeter can tell you just about all you need to know.

but if i have spark to the spark plugs would that mean that they both have power to them

Ok, so you're doing an absolute shit job of describing what's going on here then. I thought you didn't have spark, so do you actually have spark or not? If you have spark, why are you replacing the ignition modules? Describe EXACTLY what the problem actually is.
