NO sir you are wrong......In japan on the engine codes you should never see a number after the last letter
example: B18C= JDM ITR and JDM GSR now when you try to tell the difference between the two you must look at the head code
and yes on JDM engines there isnt much differenc between the USDM engines but there are slight hp/tq difference and also it so much cooler saying you have a JDM engine in your usdm car.....lol

h22a= 200 hp
h22a1= 190 hp
h22a4= labeled as 200 hp but many say it was more of a gimmick than anything plus its open deck while the h22a and h22a1 are closed
the h22a7 i believe has like 220 hp

check the main relay. Make sure the fuel pump is working and that you have good fuel pressure. Then, pull the oil cap of and look down into the head and make sure the cams turn when you crank the engine over. If they don't bye bye timing belt. Let me know if you need anything I have more prelude parts than the honda dealership
