Especially when there are other cars in that price range that offer better all-around performance.

BUT, if it is well maintained, it is a collectors item.

but if i had 30 grand...i wouldnt have a civic.

 

Oh yeah, it's definitely the ITR of it's generation so-to-speak, they're definitely collector cars, but I just don't think I would buy one. You could have a really nice used Corvette or something for that much money.

They're about 25ish now since the market is down, but when they first came out the price tag was around 30k with deal mark-ups and what not.

You can buy a regular si for around $18 now, and then buy the mugen kit, and wheels for less than $4000
