Uhm... It's a bigger engine. Mileage goes down a little bit, but it should make a good bit more power than the Insight. If it's anything like the Insight, it will probably get better mileage than what it's rated at.

My thoughts are that they're trying to explore how the market reacts to a hybrid car that plays into the performance potential of the setup rather than just the economical side.

And again.... I think that this car looks pretty damn good. Honda is struggling for a recognizable image, something that is easily distinguishable from other cars on the road. They did this with the new Acura face, but not in a good way. I think this look could work. It's distinctly different, but I think it looks pretty good and I could see versions of this styling working well on a lot of other platforms.
