My 2 minutes of reading after Google-ing "Honda code 43 fuel system supply" says that it's probably the O2 sensor.

still say check the o2 sensor. Pick up or borrow a multimeter, open your haynes manual and check the sensor making sure it works properly. Takes less time than it did for you to replace that fuel filter.

Right, but it doesn't sound like you've tried any of them or done any troubleshooting or testing. You've just replaced the fuel filter and now sound like you're stumped again.

After market fuel pressure regulator? Checked plugs and wires? Injectors functioning correctly? Cat converter clogged? Did you touch the sensor on the o2 sensor?

Your problem is there are one or more issues causing the ecu to not be able to compensate for difference in air to fuel ratio by the response from the o2 sensor. Unless you are running a test pipe/straight exhaust I have a feeling you have some sort of converter blockage or damage. If you are running a aftermarket fpr swap it out with a stock one and see if that does anything. As for the o2 sensor, you could have bought a deffective one or accidentally touched the sensor part. A little body oil can cause a defective reading. Unhook your o2 sensor, run it for awhile. If you get code 41 and no 43 that is your problem.

Like everyone else has said do some trouble shooting.

Did you troubleshoot the O2 sensor, or did you just replace it without checking anything? You've already said that the car has had wiring problems, so if you have a wiring problem then a new O2 sensor isn't going to fix anything.

Okay so now the code 43 is gone. Now its throwing a code 41 which is primary oxygen sensor heater. All wiring is good. No shorts or anything. Im starting to think maybe the ecu is going? I read some forums with the same problems. Also my friend said that the 2 grey wire pins on the o2 sensor may need to be swapped. Idk how much of that is true but what y'all think?
