Most times when you get pulled over the cop will have noticed if you don't have the front plate.
I have been pulled a couple times and he never even looked to see if i had my front plate.
My front plate sits at home on my desk.. My front bumper and I/C setup won't really allow me to have a front licence plate. And thats what i'll tell the cop when the time comes.. Ohh well.
