don't blame the buyer's agent, cash down doesn't have a lot to do with a sale, blame your mortgage broker. I closed on my house in 15 days. That motivated the contractor to come down a few thousand on my house.

they accepted my offer, so now i have a house with a garage. however, i will no longer be able to buy stuff for my car or afford to do anything in my big new garage. ironic isnt it. i guess that is life. i may open a little mechanic service out of my garage for extra money.

chesterfield genito and hull area. i think im going to sell my car now though the house payment and car payment together sucks. i wont have any extra money. i rather sell the mr2 and have all that extra money each month i dont have to spend on a car payment. then i can build my sentra in my new garage. then in about 2 years ill refinance it to lower my payments and buy an evo or elise or something fun like that. if anyone is interested in the spyder you can take over payments or im looking to get $17,000 obo depending on what i keep on it or if i put it back to stock.
