Ok. we got the car started and drove it down the road. It was boosting fine. but was making a terrible knocking noise. and smoiking its ass off. so we took the head off. The first piston was melted pretty bad and you can see the top ring.

The only oil that was leaking was from the valve cover. So im hoping that the block is still good. If not, its not big deal. The head and the turbo parts are in great shape and thats more then worth the $150 I paid for it.

i spun bearings in my civic once replaced them... and it ran like a champ then it started ticking and knocking all in bout 3 minutes then boom....towed it home and then we noticed the huge crack in the block .. lol
