Fairfax county cops always pull shit like that. I think it comes from the fact that there are a lot of them and there isn't much real crime in our area. Honestly, I'd be happy that they didn't give you a ticket for any other bullshit. I've been followed and stopped by them several times for similar situations but I've never been blocked in by two of them.

yeah i know just becuase our area doesnt have that many criminals they're not making any money so they focus more on traffic tickets to make there living. sucks to live in a area where cops focus more on traffic then real crimes out there. oh well we have to deal with it. DRIVE SLOW!

yeah man, I got pulled over on my bike on 66 once and got 4 cop cars lined up behind me all with lights flashing. I must admit, I did like the attention of all of them there just for me though

it should be concidered harrassment when the cops follow you for 30min. there shouldnt have been a reason why they did that. there are too many cars that look alike on this planet and most of them are civics. wow. he got a report of a red civic street racing. so what? how many freaking red civics are there on this planet? how many in VIRGINIA alone? but im sure he didnt go stalking and pulling over every other red civic tho. only b/c yours is modded in some way.
the only reason why he said something about the camera is b/c as long as its on he cant do anything that would incriminate him in court if you got a ticket or arrested. i bet you if it wasnt on he would have arrested you b/c he HEARD that there was red civic racing and your car matches the discription.
