Thinking about it, I think that's what the cop orginally wanted to get me on. I have a slight exhaust leak on my car so it sounds pretty loud at times. I think once he got behind me he looked at my POS stock exhaust and figured out that he couldn't can me for that. Once he got to the window, he took a few seconds to look around and tell me why he pulled me over. I'm still hating on VA right now. In GA they don't pull you over to give you tickets for crap like this. These kind of tickets are usually add-ons for speeding or something.
