the G8 may live on... $15,000 in damages, but it hasn't met the threshold to total it yet...
they also told me it was worth $27,000...
i asked if they wanted to buy it, lol...

Wow that's alot in repairs, I'd almost want to sell it right after and start over =/. Are you confident that it'll be oem finish after all that?
Hopefully I'll have something that will contend with the G8 soon =).

i just got a call back saying its a "possible total", so its going to be up to the insurance company... the appraiser thinks they will total it, but you never know... what kind of car are you getting??

Lol, exactly! The cranks will be used for lamps, and the small block for a coffee table. Obviously all of it will be polished, and or powdercoated. I've got 4 rods and pistons from the Funny Car I work on to be used on the coffee table. As well as a clutch floater I'm making a clock out of. Successful man cave will be successful.
They'll probably total it. Where's the car at?
