Dear VCU Student Parking Subscriber,

Due to a technical error on Monday, December 3, 2007, your credit card payment for the 2008 Spring Semester parking permit you requested was not processed. However, the parking space you requested has been reserved in your name.

Before we can mail your 2008 Spring Semester parking permit you must complete the payment process by following these steps:

1. Go to the VCU Parking Website: http://www.bsv.vcu.edu/vcupark/
2. Click on the link: Spring 2008 Purchase Student Parking & Transit Passes
3. Log in with your VCU eID and password
4. Click the “Process my Payment” link on the screen, which contains information about the parking facility you reserved. The screen will display the:
Parking facility you reserved
Time you reserved the space
Payment amount due

5. Enter the requested credit card information
6. Click on the "Submit" button only once and wait for a confirmation response
