03's are Zinc Yellow
04's are Screaming Yellow.
To me that Cobra looks Screaming Yellow. But if its an actual Terminator then it would be an 03.
looks like you also have a Zinc Yellow Cobra too. Which looks a little lighter than the color in the OP.
Technically the 2003 10th Anniversary models are the "Terminators". The Comp Orange is an 04, Yellow looks to be an 04, not sure what year the Teal one is (its not a factory color for the SN95 NE's)

Actually they're all Terminators since that was the Ford production code name for the car.
The teal one used to be a V-6 thus the teal. Cobras weren't made in teal
