Management company says there is a liability issue im pretty pissed but here is the email i recieved

This would not be possible due to the liability issues. If it were a classic car show that maybe is a few times during the summer and would not go past 9pm, then I think we could work something out and make it an event. Let me know if this is something that may work for next summer.

The thing that made the Mega meet so good was the fact that it was a dedicated parking lot that was in a central area, if we can find another spot like that than it will be gravy but like the email said the older cars will always get the permission more likely due to the image and history of the owners are alot more respectful of their surroundings.
