Re: look what the brown man brought me...
Nope. Funds didn't let me right now. I'll be upgrading down the road though. I got 5 gallon 8 1/2" port tank, 1 viair 400c compressor. 4 3/8" smc valves, 3/8" smc water trap. AZ digital gauge for bags with spdt switch to read both front and rear bag pressure and 1/2" 50 ft air line. I have some of the fittings. Whatever else I need, I'll get a home depot or something.
For the price of a 400c, you should've gone 480c...
As for valves, you need 4 more if you're doin the whole car or you're gonna have mad body roll... Mount the valves as close to the bags as you can... When I get to do mine I'm gonna run 3/8" Viair leader hoses (minus the check valve) from the valves to the port on the strut...
So? Who said you had to own one of those to have air?

Not that air should ONLY be on those cars, I just think air would be silly on an e39.
What's the handling like with an air ride? It does not have that 'on rails' feel around corners right?

Compression fittings suck... Ask me how I know... Plus the stuff at Lowe's is thin... I cracked a couple Watts street T's...
