OP use a 1.6 instead you will have an easier time. ~160whp is achievable with almost all OEM parts. Research other N/A d builds especially the role piston quench comes into play. PM7's/P29's will bump the c/r up but the piston quench is shitty. Look into using PG6's instead. If you are serious about it then decide for yourself about ITB's. There are different variables (runner length, size, etc) that you would need to decide on; you can't just slap some on and go and expect to make power.

What everyone is saying man is basically your gonna just waste a shit load of money into this d-series thing. Your talking about 150-200hp then boost it. But you dont want that. Then your not gonna get that power for less than a few grand. But you dont wanna spend that. Then get a B-Series. But you dont want that. Make up your damn mind. Just throw a stock single came in a A6 or z6 boost it or daily drive it stock, Or take ur EF or whatever it is and flinstone the bitch around town.
