K, a guy at a bike shop told me carfax doesn't work for them, guess he was wrong.

It should be a 17 digit VIN that starts with JS1, if not that'd be a red flag for a salvage title with a state issued VIN.

If I keep it yea, me and the 240 guy have been goin back and forth about trading/selling it. Id really like to do the single headlight, change the taillight and paint it, after that just ride the everlovin out of it.

Mind if I ask what it took to mount that tail? At one point in time I was gonna buid a subframe frome scratch for it (back when J4k3 owned it)

That tail swap completely changed the look of the bike.
