well I'VE been there and done that with the rolling down of the windows....works great in the summer....not so great in the winter. I got asked why my windows were rolled down one fall when it was like 45 degrees outside....let's just say, I was busted and this is back in Missouri where they aren't as strict about tint.

Not to mention I have 5% in the rear, and since I have a four door, my rear windows don't roll all the way down.

next time you get pulled over just roll the window down all the way and they sometimes forget, plus when you go to court if you do tell them you just took all the tint off unless you used that one already. also ask the cop if you can show him if you fix it and have someone that works at a window tint place to give you a reciept for your front windows being done in legal tint and give the dude a 20 spot

ya, doesn't work too well.... they just tell you to "roll your window up to about here." ....i've got 2 of those fuckers, both by unmarked cars w/ limo on thier cruisers ...cock suckers.
