wow, I was going to help you till I saw this post asshole. I was even gonna say you could bring it to my shop for me to check it out, but not now. You shouldnt even come back to this forum with that attitude.

Oh, wait, I know what you're talking about. It's my favorite thing to educate people about recently. You need a crank fluctuation sensor because you bought a JDM OBD2 B16 and want to use a USDM OBD2 B16 ECU. You can get around this problem by using a JDM ECU or an OBD1 ECU.
Your crank sensor is still in your distributor.
Supposedly you can connect the crank fluctuation sensor wire to the crank position sensor wire (and the two sensor grounds together also) and you won't need a sensor at all. I haven't done it and so I can't say whether it works or not. Seems to work though according to popular opinion.
