Yep, on the final outing. It was my first time to solo. Very fun and intemidating at the same time. I knew he was going to pass me to group 2 and I didn't want to screw it up by going to slow or to fast. Just tried to be smooth.

Steve & I were the lucky ones. Our offs simply consisted of mud baths for our cars. I'm still finding mud in places (on the car) that I shouldn't.

As you guys saw in some of the pics, some were not as lucky.

 

I was very lucky. There were two car that went off in the same basic spot during this session and both were in the wall in some fashion. If you look at the picture you can see the mud/tire tracks of one other car. I actually never set a wheel off the track during this spin. I think its because I wasn't driving that far over the limit, and I used the gas to try and pull out of the spin. As a result I spun into the turn and not out and down a long hill.
