He's actually a professional car thief.
By professional I mean amateur and by thief I mean he works for pop-a-lock. He's a terrible break dancer though. He should be fired for false advertisement.

He had a red EM2 for a while though, but he sold it. He's trying to fix the green one back up now

HPD is using ALL of the newb cruisers now - The Sandston/Highland Springs hub has one of these, a few of the NEW charger, and a SLEW of Tauruses. There's a reg that walks into the hotel to shoot the shit every so often that says these are garbage on the inside and slow compared to the other two.
I hate all of them.

Well well, Look who's back...
Hanover is the first of the of the Central departments to total the new Taurus. Happened yesterday morning on 301 / Atlee Station Road. Ford Ranger ran a light (I assume.. because all police are perfect drivers all the time) and absolutely fffuuuuuuucked up the driver's side of a squad car. Must say the car held up VERY well and the interior of those things is extremely well equipped, seeing as how most of it was spread across 301. Comes standard with side and rear airbags too, all of them had deployed. Never got a picture, I wasn't there for more than 5 mins.
