First time was when they first opened so we ignored that (understandable..they were brand freaking new)...second time my gf brought me for my birthday over a year later (we thought they worked out all the kinks by then)... third time I went with the family and didn't have to pay.

and yes, you're right, not everything is premade.
sysco simply packages everything up into certain portions... may it be lettuce, tomatoes, lemons or crushed red pepper. for those who might not know.
another place i've heard good things about is Salacia on the top of the Hilton? i think. anyway. very classy/upscale.
could try that and let us know, unless someone else here has dined there before.

has anyone heard of a new place called "the news". A guy just came into my office and asked where this was. he said he saw matt lauer recommend it. It is somewhere around the boardwalk or oceana/hilltop area.
