yeah, that's 236 motions PER SECOND. Technology has come a long way. At that valve speed it's more of a vibration than an actual movement. You can watch the spring caps spin slowly under the movement. Just think that next time you're screaming down the road, and especially after you get alot of miles on your bike, and it still hasn't grenaded yet.
I used to have a vid of an F1 car that was spinning 22k with pnuematic valves, that shit was crazy. No springs, just air.

Apparently it is just piping.. that is started with propane or some type of gas fuel. and is run with the scavenging effect. No valves, no plugs, no pistons... The pulse from the explsions creates a vacuum and sucks in air as its being pushed out and the heat from the previous explosion keeps it firing... (I may be wrong on some of the mechanics. I just started reading about it, apparently some do and some dont)
