around 8:00-8:10ish spotted: a black or dark blue ( or it might have been a green) integra at the Chik-Fil-A on Portsmouth Blvd, plates were "HI HAT3R" blue HID's. looked good.
(2.) a possibly dark blue 3 series?BMW with dark tint, HID's, and low as hell @ the light next to KFC on Portsmouth Blvd. very clean car.

did it have base stickers on it? if so I know who that is as well, dude is a real tool. He was in/at my last command. he had a 97 cobra, blew that up, brand new dodge 2500 diesel, blew the tranny on that, so now I am just waiting to see if he wrecks, or blows up the Vette. And he thinks he is the coolest thing that has ever drivin a vehicle lol. oh and he looks like Beavis lol
