Update:

So its been quite a while, going through bullshit, but I just got out of the bench trial this morning for circuit court. She pleaded guilty to felony hit and run. Got 3 years in prison but only has to serve 30, and is probation for the remainder of the 3 years.

Now I will be taking her to court for my own personal suite against her.

Should be a little easier on you now since she pleaded guilty to the first one. I hope you get that loot in the end. A few years back some guy slammed into my boy at the beach, turned his FC into crx in about .2 sec's. Only way they found him was he left behind his front license plate. My friend still hasn't gotten payed yet. So I don't know, it might be a while.
