All Aspects Mafia from this weekend ... (NONE OF THESE ARE MY PICTURES)
Kienan
Vinny
Brett
Bill
Greg
Me
Shawn
Bret Weber
One of the coolest things this weekend to me was when a few of the AA guys got to take some wounded Vets for a ride, some guys were missing legs, arms etc. Just a really cool thing, and I wish I was at the level where I was able to have a passenger.

You did really good for being in a new car and a new track. I probably showed you some things that are a little advanced for group 1, but I felt you could handle things. Glad everyone had fun and got their money's worth.
I had a good time. Got down to a 1:30.6 with Muncher in the car, so a 1:29 is definitely in the future. Had no issues other than a cracked rotor, but I had spares and 10 minutes later I was on track. Oh, and I got over my post "hit a wall" fears and was back flat footing it through the carousel with ease. The car is set-up so much better now. With the new patches of asphalt it was pushing like crazy, but everyone was having similar issues. Can't wait to go back.
Go-kart enduro was once again ton's of fun even in the cold. I did about a 25 minute stint and never got passed, left foot braking was the way to go. As I was coming in for the checker on the last turn, it ran out of gas and we went from 8th to 11th place out of 26 teams and we started 12th. We also had 5 drivers as opposed to the norm of 3 to 4 drivers. People were taking it real serious and our goal was to have fun and not finish last. So we did ok.
Thanks again to the Webers, Bill, Greg, Vinny, Shawn and everyone else there for making it a great weekend.

Was fun, and we "thought" we were in first place the entire time, till the trophy awards we found out some unlucky souls had their transponder die, so they ended up taking first. First reaction was like goddamnit cause we thought we had won, but they more than deserved it (look at their average lap time, they definitely got us). Congratulations to them if they are on here!

Re: NASA at Summit Point WV, April 17th-18th.
The point of left foot braking is to remain on the throttle, so yes I was on the gas and I only lifted in the two big braking zones. I didn't feel any loss of power when I was on the brakes, so I'm not sure if they do or not. I know the karts at the AIK in Va Beach do cut throttle and it is noticeable when it happens.
