It had a C3 which was alot nicer than the automatic that they put into the Thunderbirds, and a T9 which is actually pretty decent. The T5 will bolt right up if it's a cable operated clutch, but you have to customize some crazy shit to get a C4 on there.
Sorry, I had to... and it's still one of the nicest 4cyl cars Ford ever produced.
