I can't imagine not having A/C in Charleston in the middle of the day. When I lived there I rolled down the windows in the early morning and on the way home from work, but at lunch you have to use A/C unless you're planning a shower and fresh clothes when you get back to work. It's about 700 degF inside the car when you open the door at lunch.

I'm gonna assume the drivers were sweaty and smelly anyway but I'm still pickin up what you're puttin down. Place feels like a jungle in the summertime, and that's all I have to say about that.
