PS3 Games for Cheap

I have several Ps3 games that I am looking to Sell Cheap.

NBA Live '09 - $25 **SOLD**
Blitz League 2 - $10
Ferrari Challenge - $15 **SOLD**

I live in the Nova Area.

I will add more things when I get home.

ADDED
Rock Band Items

Drum Set
Mic
Guitar

All three $50 package deal.

I am also going to sell the Pseye.
This can be used for the Playstation 3 and a laptop if you wanted.
I am selling the PS eye for $20
