Can anyone sandblast some rims for me?

Default Can anyone sandblast some rims for me?

I got a set of winter rims that im gonna spray paint but before I do that I need someone to sandblast them in the HR. Let me know!

I can do valve covers on the base, but wheels are too big for the box.

I just called Precision powdercoating and they quoted me $35 per wheel which were 16x6.5 so...I guess ill just be sanding them down with sand paper instead

I need my wheels blasted to. So sanding it is.

What grit would be good to start with and what grit to finish on?

My dad has sandblasted wheels and a valve cover for me where he works. I'm trying to get him to sandblast another valve cover, but he says they've been busy.

Stay far far away from Precision Powdercoating... they ruined my CCW centers by using the wrong blasting media... way too agressive. Go see Vanwins in Chesapeake.
