b20b or b18c1
ok well what i was looking for is overboring the hell out of a block b20b with a gsr head or a gsr engine i want to sleeve the block which ever i go with but i dont know which will be better i'm going forced induction but i don t know if the stroke on the b20 will compete with the b18c1 i am just learning so i am trying to hear what others think!

If you are going to sleeve the engine then get the cheapest block you can find. You already plan to use a Vtec head on either so what ever you can find for the least amount of money.

I agree with everyone so far... aslong as you sleeve the b20 then your good but the sleeves on a stock b20 suck... as previously said they are thin... but its good also because its the cheapest.... But if your a balla then go with a dart block and you can buy those straight up as a 2.2
