Default afc hack tuning

i have a stock d15b turbo i am running the afc hack.....i have spent countless hours and HUNDREDS of dollars trying to tune this setup. the whole reason for my needing a retune is the other afc died on me i need REAL help already been to millenium just spent three hours there(and a lot of money) yesterday i have had gene from tuners edge here(more money) and the damn car won't run worth shit. it ran beautifully before the afc died i got another one and i cannot for the life of me figure this fucking thing out....car bucks right before vtec and when it does engage it flutters in vtec not making any power.......any help with this appreciated i can pay yet again more money if not im sellin the the car for parts......

You're leaning out in the upper RPMs then. Add more fuel right before VTEC engages, and all the way to redline.

Huh? AFR isn't measured in "volts", it's measured as a ratio (12:1, etc)

You are adding zero fuel to your engine? Or the map is at baseline for the injectors?

whei was watching the dynojet screen it measured in volts for the wideband on the o2 sensor it throws a code 43 which is fuel system supply and a code 3 which ia a map code. yes the map is at baseline on the injectors no correction from the vafc right before vtec kicks in.

I think I know....ok, I can't figure out what the fuck you are saying now.

But it sounds like simple set-up problems. I'd imagine the one code is reading fuel pressure, so you probably need more. The MAP code is common if you are boosting above 11 PSI, I believe, so no big deal there.

I can't beleve a shop can't figure all that out, especially Millenium. Are you sure you're giving us the whole story?

DOHC crx VTEC is an unknown quantity at this point

Merf, Not bashing millenium, But I DROVE one of my cars up there that had a wiring problem, not permitting it to go over 3500 rpm's and then They called me and said they re-wired it, but it doesn't run. SO i had to TOW it back home after 250 dollars, and then my hatch had the same problem and the not going over 3500 rpms is mostly the "B5" wire if i recall correctly....

code 43 can also be o2 sensor code. If he is dumping more fuel the o2 can be reading way to rich and throwing a code. Could also be running too much fuel, and when vtec engages, your fuel increases and you are drownding the motor with fuel.
