Anyone know of a quick and cheap divorce attorney? There are no kids, and we have already been seperated over 6 months. All I need is someone to draw up the paperwork and file. Thanks in advance.

If you're both in agreement and want a quick divorce, have her meet you at the courthouse and just fill out the paper work for an uncontested divorce, quick and easy. You still have to have hearing but that's usually only a couple weeks later.

If shes not asking for anything ie no alimony, support of any kind etc, you can get someone to draw up the papers for like 75 bucks. With filing fees and what not you should be looking at about 200 plus a few hours off work for your hearing. Look in the yellow pages, or actually I found mine in that value pak of coupons you get in the mail every month. Nice lady, and like I said I only paid like 200-225 all said and done. Good luck, and congrats on not getting a psycho Bitch who would try to take everything just because (seen it to many times in the military)

 

Never heard of someone trusting a lawyer that advertises with ValPak coupons before...
