Default zx9 question

Ok heres the situation..

I was going to trade my bike for a car up by nova, I got my boy to ride the bike to trade bc My license is suspended and I didnt feel like going. He Ran out of gas on 295, I went to pick him up with the truck and we tried bump starting it a few times after we put gas in it because battery was dead, I got it home put the battery on the jump box and it kept cranking over but not starting. So I took it apart and checked the plugs and all was getting a spark, So i put a lil bit of gas in the carbs and it started right up. So I put the tank and all back on, went to start it today and it kept cranking over but not firing, Fuel pump is not cutting on. ..

The main question is, Does anyone know if our bikes have a single fuse for the fuel pump that he might of blew bc I dont know why It would all of a sudden go out...

I just checked the box with 2 plugs and they look brand new, check all the fuses under the seat all was good, checked the one fuse that goes towards the starter off the battery, it was good also. I went over all the plugs and made sure they were tightly on. And still no fuel pump cutting on..
